This is my first time getting help from Stephen , and it has been a great experience. In comparison to my previous experiences with the large agents, he has been incredibly prompt, extremely swift with his email reply’s, and much more transparent than my previous agents. If an issue were to arise, and I email him, I will usually get a reply within the hour, and he will be on top of it right away, and a resolution will be put before me in a day or two. Overall, it has been great working with Stephen!
